Founded in 2010, Heart Haven began with a simple mission: to redefine aging with dignity, warmth, and personalized care.

Inspired by our founder’s journey caring for her grandmother, we built a home where every senior feels like family.

In 2012, we opened our doors to 10 residents marking the start of a community rooted in trust and holistic well-being.

By 2020, Heart Haven grew to three locations, serving 100+ families with innovative memory care programs.
